At Complete, we are always willing to learn new things and take on new opportunities. Since October 2019, our Managing Director, Tom, has been providing consultancy services for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) based in Lancashire. So far, he has been very successful in his approach.
Tom has enabled clients to see a vast improvement in their position on the search engine results page. He’s been able to educate Digital Plus clients on the best practice, so that they can successfully implement the techniques into their business.
Tom has been carrying out his consultancy through Digital Plus (part of UCLan), who help SMEs in Lancashire to grow their own business through digital technology. The Digital Plus project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and all the help they offer is free. The consultants assist their own clients with help that they require regarding their website, social media and other technologies.
One area that Tom has been involved with is website performance. Tom has been closely monitoring the performance of his client’s websites and providing each client with a detailed report. These reports include information on traffic and SEO. This has helped each client to implement the key factors that can really help them to improve the performance of their website. By implementing these techniques, all of the companies so far have received increased traffic.
In order to qualify for Digital Plus consultancy you must:
- Be based in Lancashire
- Trade Business to Business (B2B)
- Employ 250 employees or less
- Your annual turnover does not exceed EUR 50 million
